You can clean your Everyday bag with a soft brush, warm water and soap.

Delivery and Returns

Your items are started to be prepared in just 48 hours. Currently it takes us 2 days to complete the order and then 4 - 7 business days for delivery.

If you receive a defective or damaged product or want to return the product, you may request a return within 2 days or a replacement within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and supported by a short issue video.

For other reasons besides damage and defective, a small reverse shipping fee is charged, 350 Rs for refunds and 250 for replacements.
Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days after it is picked up and passes the inspection. For replacements are dispatched within 1-3 business days once approved.

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce; we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is pre-ordered, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have it ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?
