Refund, Replacement, Cancellation & Return Policy for Saeeki (previously safelye)

Refund/Replacement Policy for Saeeki:
At Saeeki, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. We offer the following refund and replacement policy for our wallets:

  1. 14 Days Replacementeturn Policy:
    If you encounter defects in the product, you can return a product within 2 days or replacement in 14 days of receiving it.

  2. Eligibility for Returns/Replacement:
    To be eligible for a return, the wallet must not be damaged and should be in its original packaging. Please ensure that all accessories and components are included. A video documenting the issue must also be provided to initiate the return process.

  3. Refund:
    Once we receive the returned wallet and verify its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  4. Damaged Products:
    In the unlikely event that the wallet arrives damaged or defective, we offer free replacement/return. Please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt of the damaged item at 70114 83954 via Call/WhatsApp, providing relevant details and supporting documentation such as photos or videos.

  5. Replacement Process:
    Our customer support team will guide you through the replacement/return process. We may request additional information or evidence, such as a video of the damaged/defective part. Customers must notify us of any defect/damage within 24 hours of delivery. If a replacement is approved, we will ship a new wallet at no additional cost. Replacement of the product will be done within 5-7 business days,

  6. Shipping Errors:
    If you receive the wrong item or there is an error in the shipment, please notify our customer support team as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and any return shipping costs for the incorrect item will be covered by us.

  7. Communication and Support:

Important Notes:

  • If anything is missing or broken in the package, an unboxing video made within one hour of receiving the package is required for processing claims.

  • If you wish to return the product for reasons other than damage or defect, a 25-30% inconvenience fee will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be returned to you.

  • The shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
